Our Story

In 2001, brothers Mr. Yaseen and Eng. Ibrahim envisioned an aluminum fabrication company inspired by the market’s needs and their ability to deliver elite quality. Their father, Mr. Nimr, a businessman and co-founder of the Modern Saudi Factory, joined them as a co-founder to support their vision.

Though Mr. Nimr later retired and sold his shares to the two brothers, his legacy and dedication to craftsmanship continue to guide the company.
