Our Story

In 2001, brothers Mr Yaseen and  Eng. Ibrahim envisioned an aluminum fabrication company, inspired by the market’s needs and their ability to deliver elite quality. Their father, Mr Nimr, a business man and cofounder of the Modern Saudi Factory joined as a co-founder to support their vision. Though Mr. Nimr later retired and sold his shares to the two brothers, his legacy and dedication to craftsmanship continue to guide the company.
Their vision has always been to set a new standard in the industry, creating innovative and durable products. Guided by values of excellence, integrity, and customer satisfaction, the company continues to grow while honoring the founders’ original dream.
